We launched with one truck and a handful of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if a unit isn't right, that falls on us, and we correct it the same day.
I track the schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, we mean Tuesday morning. If anything shifts, I call you before you need to call us.
